INGREDIENTS : Loitta Shutki / Dry Bombil fish – 200 g
Chopped Onion – 4 mideum sized
Sliced Garlic – 15/16 pods
Dry Red chilli – 6/7 or more Green chilli – 2 large
Termaric and Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves Oil – 3 to 4 tblsp Salt to taste
